Thought I'd try this solution to speed recovery from a painful knee injury. It's strong but only causes a little flaking and itching. Worth it because my knee is less painful.
I like the product. It was packaged smartly and delivered promptly if awkwardly (I was bathing and heard the driver knocking at my door). I'm taking it orally diluted with juice--aloe vera and mango/orange or pom/cherry. I take it in the evening an hour after dinner and only once have I experienced "oyster breath" and that was just for a moment.
