Skin tests produced a sulphuric odor (similar to garlic). I am not convinced it has any less smell than others I've purchased from different suppliers. Nonetheless, it works well. My wrist was aching from taking notes. It took one application after a shower, it burned for a moment, then I no longer noticed the pain. Please make sure the area is very clean first. You should not have any residue, creams or other chemicals on when applying. It works well on its own or when paired with other pure ingredients.
Packaging was well insulated (vials inside of tubes, inside packing peanuts, inside a box).

Thought I'd try this solution to speed recovery from a painful knee injury. It's strong but only causes a little flaking and itching. Worth it because my knee is less painful.
